E-mobility and the associated charging infrastructure must function smoothly, ensure correct billing and link all systems together. These requirements require precise, scalable QA methods to guarantee efficient and error-free use of e-mobility solutions. We offer tests to ensure the functionality and compatibility of charging infrastructure, backend systems and billing systems. We also check mobile apps and user interfaces through usability tests and analyze dynamic charging prices through load tests. We also test the interoperability of e-mobility platforms and the roaming functions between different charging providers. When testing charging stations, we test the interoperability between different vehicle models, charging infrastructure and the associated apps, with our QA teams using comprehensive test procedures on a wide range of devices. An important part of our testing is the integration test, which ensures that all systems work together seamlessly. Here, individual components such as charging points, backend systems and mobile apps are tested as an overall solution in order to identify errors in communication or data transfer between the systems at an early stage.
